Alexandra Headland, Sunshine Coast
Alexandra Headland is at the centre of Queensland's Sunshine Coast and 100 kms north of Brisbane. Situated between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba.
Alex Head is centrally located yet still retains its relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Just walk over the road and down the steps and you're on the sand of Alexandra Headland Beach, one of the most picturesque and best surfing beaches in Queensland. It is patrolled by Surf Lifesavers year round.

Alexandria is only 12 minutes from Sunshine Coast (Maroochydore) airport, served by Jetstar and Virgin Blue with direct jet flights daily from Sydney and Melbourne, and twice weekly from Adelaide.
Only a few minutes walk north are the Alex shops, Surf Club and convenience stores.
2km further north at Maroochydore is Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre north of Brisbane.
And it's only a 10 minute walk south to Mooloolaba's many restaurants, alfresco dining, clubs and bars.
The Sunshine Coast offers a near perfect climate all year round, so you can enjoy almost all water sporting and leisure activities any time of the year!
